Broome County will also be offering a free shuttle between the Binghamton Zoo, Roberson Museum, and BCC's campus throughout the day. The trolley will leave BCC on the hour between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. It will leave the Binghamton Zoo on the half hour between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm. The trolley will stop at Roberson Museum between Earth Fest and the Binghamton Zoo.
This year, we celebrate the Year of the River Otter! Special Earth Day t-shirts featuring our very own river otter, Leroy, will be available for only $10.00. If you wear a previous year's Earth Day t-shirt, you will receive free admission to the zoo on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday! We'll also have an information table highlighting the river otter in the wild. Other activities going on at the zoo on both Saturday and Sunday include face painting and an Earth Day craft (while supplies last). Come out to the zoo on Monday, April 22nd, and join AZA's Party for the Planet. The first 400 guests on Monday will receive a free pencil provided by AZA.
